On Lexington Avenue on the east side one block from the Waldorf Astoria
Hotel its not going to compete with chain stores they have some healthy rent
to pay. A Big Overhead. Mainly catering to people who are in the money
business with large shovels who need to unload a lot of it.

And 5 blocks south from the movie I just saw a few hours ago.

But I hear they have lots of sales!
