Those who can read german may find this interview 
with the former magnum photographer Ren? Burri

He made the famous portrait of Che Guevara with the 
cigar in the mouth, 1963 in Cuba. 

Asked about how much he earned for that picture,
(after all reproduced millions of times on wine bottles, 
condom boxes, bags and many other things) he says,
he couldn't afford the lawyers to follow up these 
things.

No words about the camera used but it was on-topic 
gear.
