The lens itself is common and probably not worth 
a lot -- traditionally, these sell on eBay for $100 to $200.

It would be helpful if you would provide the lens 
serial number and identify whether or not it has 
one or more colored circles on its 
lens-ring.  And the codewords would also be 
helpful -- KIVIS or COZWI or the like.

Some of the Kilfitt reflex housings are 
exceedingly common but a few of them are rare and 
have a substantial collector market.
