[Leica] OT: modern pocket watch?

Hallo OMEGA owners:

My Omega Speedmaster Date (Tachymetrie bezel / Automatic) - the box says 
it's a 3613.30.22, the warranty says it's a 3613.30.32 and it looks like 
a 3613.30.02 on the web - I'm not a collector so I have no idea what the 
numbers mean. Does anyone know? It's yellow-gold with a silver dial 
(25-years service gift from my old firm.)

BTW, I'm sick and tired of paying around 200 Euros every 2 years for a 
new leather strap from Omega. Any ideas?
