Sad that the legal system is so polluted that right and wrong is less  
important than money. There are many dishonest things which have not  
been trapped by the legal system not making them illegal, most of the  
banking and financial services activity since de-regulation is a fine  
example. It is more sad when the rule of law -has- defined a dishonest  
activity, but it can not be pursued for financial reasons.
One wonders whether the law is still there to serve the people or to  
line the pockets of the rich and powerful (including law firms......).
