Best check again.........  maybe a different crowd, but they are out
there,,,,,,,   and the crowd is substantially bigger than you might
imagine.....    Look at collectors as one tiny market......( not that the S2
is collectible, but the collector guys spend this much on rare cameras and
lenses rather commonly...)

And a new 50 Nocti is now the better part of $10K.. and guys are lining up
to get one......  

And to own the VERY best, Priceless.......

I don't know any amateurs well-heeled enough to spend $30,000 on a 
body and $15,000 on a lens.  I must travel in the wrong crowd!
