Subject: [Leica] OT, how do I get a refund for *bay item not sent?

Thanks,

The item was small, only $10, but looking at the seller's feedback (after 
the fact, stupid, I know), he got 200 negatives in a month.

Not sure if the hassle of dealing with Paypal is worth the $10.

sigh.
