Subject: [Leica] First Infrared Pic with a D70

No particular artistic merit....just a snap of the neighbor's front
"yard"  I was tickled pink that I managed to convert my Nikon D70 to
infrared after buying the filter from Lifepixel.  Honestly it felt a bit
like surgery.  All these tools arrayed, anti-static strip, small small
screws (my brilliant idea was to borrow 5 bowls from the kitchen and put
each set of screws in a diff bowl...made it easy to reassemble).   I was
surprised the camera worked when I put it back together.  Those slide in
ribbon cables were delicate.

The major reason I converted the D70 was that it was sitting in the
closet not being used.
