Hi Stasys,

Worked hard all my life, never made a lot of money, in fact, thinking about
it, living and practicing law with my dad, brother and two other lawyers in
New York City, I never earned as much as $100K till in my mid-50's and
probably wouldn't have made ends meet had my wife not also worked and, as
adjunct Professor of Law at N.Y.U. Law School (they paid me the elegant
honorarium of $2,000./year for teaching what in effect was 2/.3rds of a
normal full-time teaching load), had the benefit of a wonderful 3 bedroom,
2-bath 30th floor penthouse apartment at university-subsidized rent of
$1,000./month, including parking in the garage beneath the building.

But over the years I've made a reputation as something of an expert in legal
ethics counseling lawyers and law firms on how to run their practices
without getting in trouble and expert witness work in cases involving lawyer
conduct. Now, when I choose to accept a client, I charge fees that I
couldn't afford if I needed a lawyer! The real goodness of the good life I'm
living includes the liberating feeling of being able to say: no - when I do
not wish to represent a prospective client.

Actually, the funding of the new Ferrari comes from having bought an old
used Ferrari 330/365GTC in 1978, a car that I adored and kept for over 30
years. Turned out thaat it was a one-of-a-kind prototype built by Enzo
Ferrar on special order for Leopoldo Pirelli, Chairman and CEO of the
patronymic firm.I finally sold it at David Gooding's Pebble Beach Ferrari
auction in 2007 for a scandalous amount of money. Best 'investment' I've
ever made. And I had the fun of driving it and seeing it on loan in
exhibitions at the Petersen Museum in Beverly Hills, the Behring Museum at
Blackhawk in Danville CA and here at our Saratoga Automobile Museum.

I loved the 928, magnificent mechanical specification. Unloved by the
Porsche market and, as you know, ferociously expensive to repair today.

Good luck with the engine rebuild and enjoy!

Seth
