Larry,

I thought that someone else would catch your gaffe,, but------  It would 
be difficult to live on a floating yacht off the Cote d'Or as it is in 
the middle
of France.  You mean the Cote d'Azur..  The other Cote is the heart of 
the  Burgundy wine country.
