My last visit, of several p.a., was in the early/mid 80s. Learning is  
a never-ending joy!

If I then compare the prices of a residence, to buy or rent, and then  
relate it to to-day elsewhere, it begins to be a question of "what  
you gain on the swings ................", as you intimated in an  
earlier posting on company apartments.

Good to be up-to-date on the details, Ta!
