But, if you remember, Leica also said it would be impossible to build 
a digital camera that would use the M lenses.  I'm so glad I kept my 
M lenses for the M8.  I'm not planning on selling my R lenses.  Right 
now they are better than any Canon lenses on my 5D and 1DMII and I 
have hopes that Leica will come up with something in the future that 
will allow me to use them on a Leica digital camera.  They said it 
couldn't be done before!
