The difference in this case, Tina, is not that they're saying it can't
be done, they're saying in won't be done. Of course, that could
change. However, they will clearly not be making a new body strictly
to accommodate the world's inventory of legacy R lenses and a Leica
foray into a new range of AF lenses for 35mm FF seems, at the moment,
like a very remote possibility. The future R solution mentioned by
Stefan Daniel was characterized, I believe, as being "adequate".  I
just don't like the sound of that.
