Bon jour Philippe,
#12 is the better! Because from this angle it's a story telling photograph 
being able to see the Angel and interior of the bank with humans together it 
gives a much better scale for size. A nicer "feel" to the picture.

The second is OK, but it's too tight a crop when considering both 
photographs.
