Subject: [Leica] Walking along the Seine in Paris

I think Spain is more like the rest of Europe, i.e. if you are not using the 
pictures commercially then you are OK. France is the outlier. I think it has 
always been stricter than the other countries in this regard, and became 
even more so following the death of Princess Diana.

Whether this is embarrassing or not of course depends on whether the spouse 
of one of the two people in the image happens to see it ;-)
