Subject: [Leica] TSA carry ons, tripods & light stands allowed?

I carry my tripod on board all the time, strapped to my backpack.  I never
tried light stands but that shouldn't be too different.  As long as it fits
in the overhead.

Flying is not fun anymore, though :-(
