About 10 years ago, I asked some people on the Streetphotography forum which
focal length they would choose if they were forced to choose just 1 for SP.
As I recall, it was 28mm (back when 28mm actually meant 28mm and not x1.5).
That makes sense, as the shorter focal length is more forgiving when you
don't have time to focus precisely, but you sure have to get close to the
subject.
Who said "if it isn't good enough, you aren't close enough"? Had to be HCB
or Capa.
