Odd is an understatement!

International prices and different VAT rates play merry
hell with my accounts - there are hundreds of
reciprocal arrangements between the various countries
of the EU and others, and it's a right bind trying to
reclaim the VAT on foreign purchases, particularly when
buying outside the EU.

One of the situations where I bless rather than curse
my accountant (who is now paid richly to do it for me:-) ).

Cheers
Douglas
