I downloaded the photo
opened it and scaled it to match an actual 35mm piece of film
sprocket hole for sprocket hole.
it became very apparent that the left sprocket holes have been cut off.
(can't imagine why
unless as Mark suggested
they were torn
and in the way of sitting well in a negative carrier)
