Subject: [Leica] LUG mail being blocked by bad ISPs, some people auto-unsubscribed

Hi Bill,

It is very difficult for the user to determine where the blocking is being
done. Since I know who furnishes spam blocking for my local ISP, I suspect
that they are the culprits, but suspecting and knowing are two different
things. Even the support people at my local ISP have difficulty with this.
I furnished them a printout of the full header on a typical message from the
LUG to me, and they worked with support folks further up the line. As of
this morning, they had no feedback, but the problem disappeared yesterday
afternoon.

Now I am trying to find out whether the correction resulted from my emails
to Carrierzone, or from the efforts of my ISP. They may never admit there
was a problem.

All told, a pretty weak case for litigation.
