Sounds like a stereotype.
My experience was much closer to this description of a supposedly "female"
heart attack.
I'd guess that there are many different "heart attacks" for many different
individual conditions and causes.
Further - that, physiologically, if the general individual conditions and
causes are similar
the experience will be similar, whether a man or a woman.
Perhaps our medical professionals will share opinions here.
