A Fogg is rubberized cotton Drill/twill (lining natural linen) Billingham bags are lighter because they use a polyester cotton blend. It does not feel at all like canvas. It feels like a shirt you'd buy at Kmart. I'm sure it wears well and won't shrink nor wrinkle in the wash. Even empty a Fogg bag is worth mugging for.
