A friend is on his third MkII. There is nothing else to use (he has Zeiss
21mm and 35mm) unless you adapt the Nikon 14-24, he uses it, does not like
the results and sells it. Repeat

the sample I had
(for a brief 10 days)
was the worst lens I ever owned
by any measure
at any focal length or f stop
for any format
(and I really wanted to love it).

The II version of this lens
does receive a lot of good reviews.
They apparently improved the corner sharpness; although the barrel
distortion, below 24 mm, apparently remains.
