Thanks for asking, Uncle Dr. Ted.  I'm safe (but just starting to dry out)
in Oklahoma City, about 200 miles north of today's major action. I do have
family in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area but so far as I now know they are all
ok too.

I've got to say, though, that after the extremely warm winter I'm very
concerned about the spring and summer here in Tornado Alley.  Fortunately
there is no such thing as global warming so I don't need to be too worried.

Wait, did I just say that?
