For me, it would be the M5.

:-)

Balances the bigger lenses beautifully.  Meter needle is preferred over 
red LED glaring into my eye.  Shutter dial over the edge of the camera 
body makes setting the shutter speed much simpler than finding a 
top-mounted dial.
