Thanks Charlie I know you're a pro in that department.
Its not my back though. That's what makes their Sciatica diagnosis a bit
iffy. So maybe they'll not be able to call it Sciatica. It came from too
much  in effect toe touching as I was folding laundry. Grabbing small items
from the bottom of the laundry basket with my legs straight. Pulled a very
long leg muscle perhaps.
For now on I dump my whole laundry basket on my bed.
That way it WILL be my back going out not my leg.
