Hello Luggers,

Well, the hummers are back in force and this time I was ready for them with 
the GH2 fitted with the 100 - 300 zoom.

Here's the first one - a long shot taken at 300mm f5.6, 1/500 (not nearly 
fast enough to stop wing action) and ISO 3200.

I like the position of the hummer, like a ballet dancer preparing for a 
grand jete.

Here is the second picture as the hummer flew to the hanging basket just 
outside the window where I was sitting.

Fortunately I had spot metering on so that I could recover some detail from 
the back lighting.
