I have been able to walk up to 3 miles
at 3 - 4 miles per hour
since changing to minimal "barefoot" shoes.
Which means thin, highly flexible soles,
with zero difference between heal and ball of foot.

Previously I was only unable to walk a mile,
extremely slowly,
before intense knee pain set in.
