Richard I don't have a starting figure for photo rights............ but the 
only advice I can offer is, " start high as it's easier to come down than go 
up!"

I'd ask what their budget might be and if it sounds cheap ... offer a double 
or quadruple their price and work from there.

And if they offer like peanuts? Stay hard nose your price and let them sweat 
a bit... then work your way down!

 But don't give it away just to have your name on the roll out of credits at 
the end of the production!
