Hi Alan

Well now my friend, if I only knew how to create ths kind of blur effect,  I 
may well have used it in any number of "times at any number of Olympics 
since 1968! :-)  :-)

It is very effective to say the least. Too bad I didn't know how to do it 
about 40 years ago or more, or I may well have used it a few times since !
