Subject: [Leica] M9 firmware update and 3rd party batteries

The only non-Leica battery I bought (and its replacement) were both DOA on
earlier firmware ;-) I think it is just a warning on remaining power rather
than hunting non-genuine batteries..........

My understanding is that you may get a warning, but that they will still
