[Leica] LR4 cvt to bw

The bw actions site is actually about Photoshop, not Lightroom. Still, it's
pretty good. I can probably adapt the ideas to LR. I wonder how successful
I'll be applying the ideas to my bw film scans where I don't have any color
to work with at all.
