2 of my "cheap" adapters meet all three criteria.
1 of them takes a little finger nail to catch the release (not a big deal - 
an idiosyncrasy. ;~)
None of the 3 have ever gotten "stuck" inside or outside of my Canon or the 
Leica lenses.
I prefer inexpensive experiments;
until such time as the hypothesis has gained enough merit
to invest heavily
in the final proofs.
