Jeffery,

Well... you have read a book about the great Otto Klemperer! and Glenn 
Gould! two very different great personalities, I'm glad to have these 
coincidences too, I have not read any book about them, but I love both. I've 
read in the Fidelio booklet of the CD that Klemperer was almost one year 
studying the score before to do his memorable version, I like very much the 
"tempo" in all the works of Klemperer.
