Yes. Well Eliot operated in a whole different and quite new idiom.
Definitely pushing literature forward in time

I'm all that familiar with Lowell.
Though, as I recall, his subjects tended to be a bit more urban than Frosts;
and also leaned more toward the modern than the past traditions.
