My DR Summicron has been in storage for a year and now I can't get the focusing ring to move. I assume the lubricants just dried out. It was pretty stiff the last time I used it. So what is the solution? Do I ship it out for cleaning? Any suggestions who can do it? Or do I dare use a drop of penetrating oil on the focusing helix? Or silicon spray?
