Subject: [Leica] DR Summicron will not focus

Can you unscrew the optical head, to get to the helix?

If you can get to the helix, then drip in some oil and chase it in with 
a drop of lighter fluid.

As for techs who can do it, there are the usual suspects (Youxin Ye, 
DAG, Sherry Krauter).  But it is a straight-forward job - any competent 
lens tech should be able to handle it.
