[Leica] Sharpening for Sensors with no AA filter

I generally print on 17x22 for the M. No doubt I could go larger. Most
landscape prints, IMO (and others) require sharpening for printing.
I'm always interested in trying out other techniques...
Here are some tests from tonight:

Usually sharpening before printing looks pretty bad on the screen (over
sharpened). I don't see much difference in the LR normal sharpening
approach vs his unless I use his in LR first then PS second. IMO it looks
over sharpened on the screen. I'll print this weekend hopefully just to
see...
