When I moved back from New Orleans, I noticed a little tree in my
neighbor's yards that bloomed like the dickens just about the same time as
azalea and dogwoods, but when they stopped, it just kept on keeping on. It
is the sweet mock orange, or English Dogwood. I have no idea if it grows
in the UK, but it grows in both gardens on each side of my house, so I'm
happy most of the Spring.
