Hi Herb,
No question Lagavullin is my drink of first choice. HOWEVER????????
In the liquor stores of Victoria, Canada where I live.
A bottle of ordinary size cost in Cdn. dollars???? $140.oo.
If and when I have a bottle in my home? It's because very very good hearted
friends have presented one as a gift.
So maybe an "Irish Scotch?" may fit the taste buds at half that price?
cheers,
Dr. ted OC

This is probably bad news. I bought a fifth of sixteen
year old Bushmills twenty
years ago and it's still going strong. By contrast, my wife and I almost
finished a fifth of Lavguvilin in a couple of months.
