In fact, Singapore Museum organizes cultural trips to other parts of the
world, where every participant has to deliver an hour long talk on one
facet of the country being visited. In this way, everyone on the trip is
primed and ready with the background information required to understand the
history and culture of the country they are traveling to. I always felt it
was a great idea!
