Tina,
To me that does not make sense. This is my workflow:

1. Camera Profile - Starting point!

2. Lens Corrections - Profile corrections and chromatic aberration control

3. Noise reduction, if required - I find Lightroom's algorithm very good,
especially for luminance noise.

4. Crop/Alignment/Horizon - because what remains after the crop decides the
processing.

5. White Point/Black Point: Set the parameters

6. Exposure/Contrast: The global tonal look

7. Highlights/Shadows: Overall highlight and shadow detail, a rather blunt
tool, to be used conservatively

8. WB/Tint: The global colour correction/overall look/removing colour casts
- this is by and large a creative decision.

If I apply gradient filters and the like, I might revisit these for fine
tuning. Unless I have decided to only process a shot for casual internet
viewing, or a snapshot for memories, I do not touch
Clarity/Saturation/Vibrance/Colour/Sharpening/Tonal Adjustments/B&W
Conversion- these are all done after exporting into Photoshop via both
Curves Layers and the Google Nik Suite, where there is far more local
control, and finally Photokit Sharpener.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
Jayanand
