Wow Larry. I am really impressed with those who can cycle long distances. 
That makes many of us wimps.  I wish I could do a 100 miles and even half of 
that. Maybe one day, I will write a book entitled, "Cycling for Wimps". 
Might outsell the "for Dummies" series.
