Nathan, if you have multiple domains but not too heavily trafficked, you
can rent a small VPS with 2 vCPUs for ~$10, that should be able to handle
them with ease. I use hostinger.com currently but there are others.

You will need to know someone who can set it up for you, but once done, you
can have Wordpress or other CMS sites.

For a pure photo gallery, check out https://richardmanphoto.com and
https://imagecraft.art, my gallery and social media platform. Super easy to
use.
