Richard,

Instead of hanging the camera around your neck, lengthen out the strap and
hang it on whichever shoulder feels the most comfortable and you can swing
it up to your eye in one motion.

This might take a bit of practice to see which shoulder works the best and
which hand brings the camera up for immediate action. But it sure beats the
sore neck thing.

You should try it sometime with 3 M6's stacked one above the other around
your neck. Noctilux, 35mm summilux and 21mm! :) They hang bottom,
Noctilux, 35 middle and 21 top with the straps set so that each camera
clears the other just enough that they don't bang on each other.

However, running with them like that is another thing! Then you just fold
your arms across your body and keep them from banging and clanging! :)

That's when you claim "I've a pain in the neck!" :)
