Bill:

My sincere thanks for your opinions and for speaking up. We have watched
all week, feeling like a fire hydrant in a dog pound.

2 guys from New York started,,,one with a brand new, 4 week out of the
factory, who thought he saw fungus in the lens from years of damp storage,
and the other with a credit card..no confirmable address and wanted dropped
off at a Mails Boxes etc, with no identification.

We refunded the first immediately and refused to accept the credit card of
the other..then all heck broke loose. It kept going on like a 1947
Mississippi lynching, until my friends started wadeing in. Later in the
week, I will post an apprpriate reply.

For that I am greatly appreciative. I have received dozens of calls, fax's
and E..mails, which I really appreciate. This is a fun business as it was
when started 30 years ago this month. It is sure changing fast. Got a phone
threat on the answering machine, after we flew back from the LA Camera Show
last night..

Maybe time to call it a day.
