I know it's bad form to criticize someone's spelling of foreign words, but
this one is too good!

The word you wanted is Lederhosen, which means 'leather pants'.
'Liederhosen' means 'song pants'.

The hills (valley slopes) in Solms are alive with the sound of music. :-)
