Many thanks for all who responded with my "which Leica Manual book to
get" question. It sounds like i will be going with the 15th edition
since it has the article(s) by Bill Pierce. I'm lucky to find that there
is a private offer to sell the book.  The suggestions for Leica book
searches were great resources particularly www.bibliofind and
www.photomall.com.
