Just to add my two cents on the topic:

Minolta SLR (donšt' recall model): my first SLR - sold - no regret
Nikon FM2: my first "pro-level" SLR - sold after I bought M6 - regret
Nikon N90: good stuff, but not as inviting to use - rarely used - will sell
eventually
Nikon F4: good stuff, but bulky - sold to buy Hassy 500C - no regret
Leica M6 0.72: silver gem - will never sell - want another (M6, M6TTL, M7)
Hassy 500C: a work of art; silver Ziess lens - would only sell for more
Leicas(M or R)
