They are exactly the same except for the connection software (which I don't 
use) and the size of SD cards (which I replaced with larger ones).  The 
Lumix that I have is silver and the Digilux is black.  I do prefer the 
black, but that doesn't make it less obtrusive!  I think I might try using 
it with the folding screen shade shut and using only the viewfinder to 
frame the shots.  I wish I had thought of that before the whole Honduran 
village saw the screen!!

When I transferred the files to the computer, the Leica file numbers are 
preceded by an L and the Panasonic ones by a P.  That's the only way I 
could tell the difference in the files.
